The in-stock carpet selection was impressive and Janelle provided a very reasonable quote and scheduled installation when it was convenient for us. Installers were hard working and professional, completing a rather complicated project (lots of spindles and closets) in a single day. Very pleased with the outcome! Highly recommend Big Bob's for hitting the trifecta of price, product and service.
