As a first-time homeowner, I wasn’t sure which flooring would suit me best, but Emma and Marek were incredibly approachable and friendly, guiding me through the options with patience and expertise. Aidan did a great job organizing the fitting, and Simon Hegarty carried out the installation — including the skirting — with real professionalism and attention to detail. The whole team was polite, easy to deal with, yet consistently professional. Nothing was ever a problem for them; the whole team made the process easy and stress-free. I’m absolutely delighted with my new floors that have transformed my home and grateful for the excellent service from start to finish.

He finished the work ahead of schedule, and the quality is exceptional — every detail is spot on. What really impressed us was how thorough and professional he was; Jason even noticed an issue with our stairs that we hadn’t spotted and fixed it at no extra charge. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about the finished result. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Jason and Timberidge to anyone looking for top-quality flooring and outstanding service.
