I had a wonderful experience with Jordan at Lafayette’s Florist! I am out of state, and was sending a graduation surprise to a family member in CO. Jordan was so patient and kind to help me over the phone, she really gave her time and great customer service to answer all my questions and help me decide, without feeling rushed or unheard. She even called me back the next day when out of the balloon I ordered to walk me through the other options and chose another! The flower arrangement came out beautiful, along with the new balloon! It was an appreciated and fun surprise; she loved it! Most of all, I appreciate having you all to work with out there, so that I can easily make my loved ones feel special, remembered, and loved! Thank you!!! And thank you, Jordan, too!
