My check engine light came on and my vehicle was jerking like it was in a 1980's disco competition I called multiple repair shops with no luck until I was referred to Bob Thomas. I called and spoke to John and he agreed to let me bring my car by immediately so he could scan it and we could make a plan even though he did not have an opening until the following week. I got my car to them and I could not be more pleased that I did! John called me the next morning to let me know the issue and the cost, I gave him the go ahead and they actually got my car back to me at the end of the day.. I cannot express how appreciative I am. I will be a customer for as long as I own a vehicle.. Thank you John and the team for getting "lil blu" back on the road and running like a dream so quickly...

These guys were awesome! I was quoted 1200 from most places, Bob Thomas did it for half of that and changed my oil. They shuttled me to and from work and the van smelled good and the driver wasn’t a weirdo lol most places have some slob driving a hoop-d. I will be a loyal customer forever. To me, customer service is everything and the cherry on top is the quality of my truck’s life has improved significantly. Thank you all 🫡
